Course Description
Scope of system engineering practice can be extended to building a healthy social system. This includes providing organization’s management with adequate tools for realizing their goal. With contrast to the traditional management methodologies, system engineering methods give a deeper and more comprehensive view of problems faced by an organization. In practice, this would mean tackling the fundamental deficiencies of the system.

Instructor’s Profile 
Jargalsaikhan is the CEO of TUSSolution LLC, a subsidiary of his family owned company named Gund investment LLC, which is engaged in startup incubation, organization management system engineering, real estate management, financial services, and technology domestication.
Mr. Jargalsaikhan is an Honorary Professor at the University of Science and Technology of Mongolia, Founder and Chairman of the Young Researchers Support Foundation, and a Board Member of the Business Council of Mongolia.
His current focus is aimed at creating a system engineered management tools and developing digital transformation solutions for social system.
